Buying or selling a property is often one of the most important decisions one takes in life, whether it is finding a home, or disposing of it. In this process I support my clients, whose time I know is valuable, with sensitivity and efficiency.
When helping clients to buy a property, I need to be attentive to them and help them define their search criteria. Then I must mobilize my network of real estate agents to find the apartment, hôtel particulier or house of their dreams and provide them with accurate and transparent information to ensure that they can invest safely.
Selling a property means estimating its fair market value, advertising it in the most appropriate advertising media both in France and in the international market where I can rely on my wide connections. It also consists of skillfully selecting the potential buyers while preserving my clients’ need for confidentiality and maintaining the rarity value of their property.
Moreover, thanks to my fifteen-year experience in quality property in Paris and my extensive contacts among trusted professionals (architects, solicitors, building contractors, decorators) I can provide my clients with high-quality tailored service and the assurance that the real estate transaction will be completed in full confidence.
About me
After managing a high quality estate agency in the 7 th district of Paris, building on fifteen years of experience as a property negociator, I founded my own estate agency in order to provide my clients with a high-quality tailored service, while continuing to give thematic lectures on taxes, restoration, decoration and embellishment works.
I graduated with a Masters 2, “Advice and change of dynamics in organisations” at Paris Dauphine University. I did part of my studies in the USA, from where I returned with a taste for working across frontiers with like-minded people I am convinced that in these troubled times, when there is a tendancy to emphasise the differences that divide people, one should highlight what brings them together, so in 2018 I founded “NAME”, my not-for-profit cultural association, in cooperation with foreign embassies in Paris.
